Help Desk (Jan/Feb Dates)

Need a second opinion? Stuck on a tricky part of your project? Or just want to sew in good company? Join us at the Help Desk!

This informal, flexible session is designed to support sewists of all levels. One of our experienced staff members will be on hand to answer questions, offer advice, and help troubleshoot problems with your current project. You’re also welcome to simply sew and socialize while using our shared workspace, including access to an iron and cutting table.

Whether you’re finishing a garment, adjusting a pattern, or just need motivation to get sewing again—this is your space.

Who is this class for?
Open to all experience levels. Great for anyone who wants community support, skilled guidance, or a dedicated sewing time.

Duration: 3 hrs

Location:
This class takes place at Sugarcane Studios, our sewing studio located right above Sewing Studio Fabrics. There is an elevator in the center of the building next to Vapor World for easy access.

Supplies Needed:

Bring everything you need to work on your project:

• Sewing machine (with cord and pedal)

• Thread, pins, bobbins, needles

• Pattern and fabric

• Any other tools or materials specific to your project

Club Card Info:

This class is eligible for our Club Card—attend any combination of Fit Lab or Help Desk sessions 5 times, and your 6th one is free!

General Class Policies:

• Ages 16+ unless otherwise noted.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by email. No refunds within 7 days of the first class. Instead, we may give you credit to use for future classes. Once the class has started, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or refunded, but we’ll do our best to help you catch up if possible.

• Each class has limited space, so please register early to reserve your spot.
