Returns
We want you to love your purchase. Every fabric we send is chosen with care, and while we do our best to avoid flaws, many of our deadstock fabrics may occasionally have issues such as small stains or damage. If we’ve missed something, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the flaw, and we’ll arrange a replacement. We encourage you to check your package right away so you have plenty of time to take advantage of this policy—and so your fabric is still in stock. We handle each situation individually as it comes up.
Because deadstock fabric is often available in limited quantities, yardage estimates can sometimes come up short. If that ever happens, we’ll reach out promptly to offer you options. Thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility.
Please note: we cannot accept returns on fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, or returned in unsellable condition (including fabric with pet hair, smoke, or other odors). Our goal is always happy customers—so if something isn’t right, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 24–72 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) from Asheville, NC. If we anticipate a delay, we’ll reach out by email. Need your order in a hurry? Let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
Shipping Rates:
$5.95 for orders $0 to $49.99,
$9.95 for orders from $50-$99.99
FREE for orders $100 and above.
