Serger Basics Class - March 2 or April 27
If your serger has been sitting in a corner because threading it feels like solving a puzzle—this class is for you.
In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to confidently operate your serger, starting with threading and stitching basics. We’ll walk through cleaning and maintenance tips to keep your machine running smoothly, and cover how and when to use a 4-thread vs. 3-thread stitch. You’ll also learn how to do a rolled hem and troubleshoot common issues.
Who is this class for?
This class is ideal for sewists who are unfamiliar with—or intimidated by—their serger. It’s also a great warm-up before taking our Beginner Knitwear course.
