True Bias Roscoe Dress/Blouse Pattern 

The Roscoe Blouse and Dress is a boho-inspired garment with a gathered neckline and raglan sleeves.  The neckline is finished with a center slit and neckties.  The sleeve are designed to Hit a few inches above the wrist. 

Suggested Fabric:  Lightweight, woven fabrics with movement such as cotton voile, rayon challis, crepe de-chine, lightweight linen and gauze.
