Eastlake is striking meets classic with cleans lines and eye catching details.  Eastlake can be sewn as a top or a dress with long or 3/4 sleeve and even more options for sleeve  cuffs and back.  In a structured fabric such as scuba or ponte you can play around with the gathered or pleated back and overlapped sleeve cuffs or go for more of a classic look with a simple back and and cuffed sleeves. 

Fabric Suggestions: Sweater knit, Jersey, Sweat shirting, Scuba Knit, Ponte, French Terry , and Cotton Lycra.  If the fabric has stretch it will work for this pattern.
