This deadstock fabric is perfect for summer tops, dresses, or skirts.   The yard-dyed weave makes this versatile for sewing using the stripes for bias placket, yoke or pocket play on your favorite button up shirt pattern.  Enjoy the soft butter yellow and black stripe when you sew up a favorite Closet Core Kalle Shirt, or everyone’s “go-to” Cheyenne Tunic by Hey June Handmade.   You will love the breathable cotton woven in a Estuary Skirt or a gathered dress like the March Top and Dress by Helen’s Closet.  The stripe pattern repeat is approximately 1 1/2”,   You will love this easy care, easy to press, and easy to sew and very easy to wear Cotton Chambray stripe.  

*Many fabrics in the Sewing Studio are "deadstock" fabrics from the fashion industry, and fiber content is sometimes best educated guess. Sourcing in general is less predictable during COVID-19, and it's very rare to restock a "dead stock" fabric during normal circumstances.
