Our goal is for you to be happy with your fabric purchase. If you find an issue with the item or it does not meet your expectations, please contact us regarding return of the fabric. Please note that returns should be made within 30 days of the order. We encourage customers to inspect the contents of their package upon delivery to ensure that you have plenty of time to take advantage of our policy. We can not accept returns if the fabric has been cut, washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition. This includes fabric contaminated with animal hair or exude a smell of smoke or other odor.
Happy customers is our goal, so if you see a flaw or issue with the fabric please let us know as soon as possible so we can work to rectify the situation. Shipping
Orders typically ship within 24- 48 business hours of your order being placed. If for some reason we anticipate a delay, we will contact you via email. We ship Monday - Friday (excluding US Holidays) from the Portland, Oregon area. If you need your order on a RUSH please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our website will calculate shipping for US orders - we charge $8.95 for all orders under $75, and shipping is FREE for orders over $75.
We do offer International Shipping! International Shipping will always be more costly, but we are happy to work with you to ship your order at cost.
