Teach the Next Generation to Sew

It is with a heavy heart we must tell you Lou Ann lost her battle with cancer on March 27th. As you can imagine our family is deeply grieving, and is in the long process of putting our lives back together. She was the backbone of our large family, we are going to do our best to keep up all her traditions she created for us. We will always remember every holiday, birthday, and family outings with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Our enduring memory is of how she breathed grace, beauty, and elegance into everything she did, every ounce of life.

Early last summer when she announced her illness to you, she was overjoyed with the over 100 emails of support, prayers, and stories of hope. She was so touched. We thank you, not only for the loving emails, but for all the years of support with the company she loved so dearly. Sewing was her life as it is for so many of you.

In her final days we spoke about the future of the company, and decided to begin the process of selling the Sewing Studio. In the coming weeks, there will be a few sales. We will send you emails about those along with our plans for selling the company. If you or someone you know may have interest in the company please email us. As for orders, we'll do our best and ask for your understand during this transition for a few weeks.

Finally, please note our new email address: - sewing@sewingstudio.com .
