Sewing Comments:
Our Chiffon Prints are lightweight and airy.  This simple empire top is quick and very easy to sew.  It has a casing under the bustline so you can pull in the top as much as you want.  It can be loose with just a little shape or tighter for more shape.  The top comes closed at the center front as shown in the model or it can be open at the center front.  See the pattern variations.  If you don't want to use the self-fabric tie in the casing, just buy some matching ribbon instead.  If you like this fabric, be sure to see our other Chiffon Print  too.
